Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the at688 website at https://at688.cam and all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, and services.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully completed registration and holds a verified at688 account.
• "Account Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's account, excluding any active bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits issued by at688 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a Member must place before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for all Members prior to withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by at688 for all schedules, banking windows, and support hours.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of the at688 platform.
• "Void Bet" means a bet that is cancelled and returned to the Member's balance without settlement.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the at688 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the at688 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino games, slot machine games, and sabung ayam (live cockfighting wagering markets) where available.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register as a Member of at688, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted to access and use the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by at688 or any affiliated gaming operator.
5. You have not previously had an at688 account closed for breach of these Terms.
6. You understand and accept that online betting involves financial risk, and that losses may exceed deposits in the context of accumulator and high-multiplier markets.

at688 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof is not provided within 72 hours of request, the relevant account will be suspended pending verification and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold.

Account Registration & KYC

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the at688 Platform. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP)
• Date of birth
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Active email address
• Bank account details (for withdrawal purposes)

at688 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to upload a legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and, where requested, a selfie with your ID document. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. at688 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation (e.g., proof of address, bank statement) where transaction risk indicators are detected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. at688 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login details. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Deposits

All deposits on the at688 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following deposit channels are currently supported:

Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your at688 account balance in real time during standard Indonesian banking hours. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may experience a brief delay and will be credited upon the next available processing window.

at688 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees. at688 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned less any applicable processing fees. at688 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that trigger anti-money-laundering risk indicators.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after a Member has successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered to the Member's at688 account.

at688 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers a risk review, including but not limited to withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 100.000.000 in any 30-day rolling period.

Bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding bonus amounts and associated winnings.

at688 will not process withdrawals to bank accounts held in a name different from the verified KYC name on the at688 account. If you wish to change your registered withdrawal bank account, you must submit a formal request to our support team along with supporting documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

at688 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments including BRI Liga 1, EPL, and Champions League fixtures.

All bonuses issued by at688 are subject to the following standard conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms:

1. Wagering Requirement: 25× applied to the combined total of deposit amount plus bonus amount.
2. Validity Period: 14 calendar days from the date of bonus activation, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account.
3. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: 5× the value of the original bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
4. Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sports bets, and togel draws contribute at rates specified in each promotion's individual terms (commonly 10%–25%).
5. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

at688 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the Member's account may be suspended.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the at688 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product page:

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed. at688 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where an event is declared void in accordance with our void-bet policy.
• at688 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, at any time, without prior notice. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and Member account tier.
• All odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member (decimal, Malay, or Hong Kong). Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for settlement purposes.
• For football markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets must contain a minimum of 3 selections. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid selections.
• For togel draw games, results are determined by officially published draw outcomes. at688 does not operate its own number draws and is not responsible for delays or changes in official draw schedules.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time at at688's discretion, particularly during critical match moments such as penalty kicks, video assistant referee (VAR) reviews, or connection disruptions.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, duplicate market listings, or system pricing faults — at688 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' account balances. at688's determination of a manifest error is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the at688 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure without recourse:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one at688 account for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or exploit live dealer decision patterns.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets or between at688 and other operators to guarantee risk-free returns.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using third-party funding to meet minimum deposit thresholds exclusively for bonus activation, or structuring bets to minimize genuine risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the at688 Platform for the purpose of depositing, layering, or integrating proceeds of criminal activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.

at688 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, device fingerprints, and payment behaviors in real time. Members whose activity is flagged will be subject to enhanced review, during which account access and withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended.

Intellectual Property

All content on the at688 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design assets, software, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of at688 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from at688.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting odds data, game results, or other Platform content by automated means.
• Using the at688 brand, logo, or any confusingly similar marks in any commercial context without written authorization.

Privacy & Data

at688 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering on the at688 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service communications.

at688 does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification partners is limited to the minimum necessary for transaction processing and regulatory compliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at688 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on any game outcome, odds movement, or statistical information displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, at688's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. at688 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content or service feature on the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

at688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity as described in Clause 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• A Member's self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, at688 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Member by email within 48 hours of the suspension, subject to legal constraints on disclosure. If the investigation concludes with no material findings against the Member, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their at688 account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified account balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements are met and no pending investigations are active.

Responsible Gaming

at688 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeout alerts.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from betting for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the at688 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which at688 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by at688's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits at688's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms by any Member.

Amendments

at688 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by our licensing authority.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
